Parking is availble at the hotel for 15 euro/night and reservations are not taken but spots are limited at the hotel. The hotel name will be released closer to the event. 1500 is check-in time.

Public transportation is recommended.

By checking out with tickets through our website (pay later), you are committing to attend this trip. When successfully registered you will receive an automated email with payment instructions. If you do not receive an automated email, you did not successfully register.

This is a U-drive/train event. Arrive whenever you want Friday afternoon with a late check in. 

• Bus will depart for Flossfahrt @ 0815 on Saturday 19 Aug 2023 and return to hotel at the end of the Flossfahrt. Dinner is on your own. 
• Sunday, return at your leisure. If you're opting for the optional 1130 city bike, plan for a 3 to 3 ½ hour event, so depart after 1500!

Other Activities in the Area: If you want to participate in the bike tour on Sunday, please choose that option during checkout.

What is Included: Flossfahrt (4-piece band, beer & light snacks on a raft floating down the river), transportation between Munich hotel & Flossfahrt, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, 2 nights in the hotel, a good time =)
